Léo Passeron
System Developer – Development and TestHi Léo,
What do you like most about your job?
My job at AARO gives me the opportunity to not only work with software development, but also being involved in different topics such as DevOps or IT Security. I appreciate being able to easily collaborate with other departments in a learning, flexible and very friendly environment.
Since you moved here from France, what has been the best part of your move to Sweden?
One of the best things that made my move to Sweden smooth was the warm welcome I received from all the employees at AARO. I immediately felt like part of the AARO family and could sense the well-being that permeates the office. I immediately felt like part of the AARO family and could feel the well-being that lingers in the office. The various events, such as the AARO Conference, Christmas and summer parties, and after-work activities that the company organizes, have greatly accelerated my integration.
What does a typical workday at AARO look like for you?
My day starts with a daily so-called Scrum Meeting with my teammates. Then I can continue coding a new feature or spend some time addressing a recently identified issue. I am often in my ‘work bubble’, deeply focused while listening to music, but I also enjoy discussing technical problems with my colleagues that we need to solve.
