Hi Johan,

What aspects make AARO a great place to work?
I think that AARO is a good workplace for several reasons. The balance between work and leisure is important, but also the opportunity to work with qualified tasks together with skilled colleagues.

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy working with my colleagues who have great knowledge in different fields. I also appreciate the opportunity to work on various cases where I can leverage my experience while learning new things.

Can you describe your tasks as part of Product Management?

I'm involved in several areas, and the people I work with depend on the issue at hand. Examples include AARO's Academy, the Accounting Expert Panel where we answer questions from our organization, sustainability reporting, and new tax rules called Pillar 2. Additionally, I collaborate extensively with the sales department and give presentations to both existing and new clients.
