Pre-Sales Executive
AARO is growing globally and we are now looking for an Pre-Sales Executive to join our Pre-sales team. The Pre-Sales team is targeting both the internal sales force as well as the global network of partners. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Pre-Sales processes, including preparation and delivery of prospect demos, RFP handling, partner onboarding, partner sales support, and stakeholder management. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, partners, and clients to ensure the successful execution of pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and delivery of prospect demos: You will be responsible for preparing and delivering product demos to potential customers, showcasing the product's capabilities and features.
- RFP handling: You will act as the project leader, including operational handling, of incoming prospect RFPs. You will establish an FAQ database for RFP handling to ensure consistent and efficient handling of all requests.
- Partner onboarding: You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring that they are trained in how to market our products and are equipped to sell effectively.
- Partner sales support: You will work closely with our partners to provide support during the sales process, including answering questions, conducting demos and webinars in cooperation with the partner and handling any issues that may arise.
- Case handling, Pre-Sales: You will be responsible for managing pre-sales cases, including triaging incoming requests, and coordinating with the sales team to provide timely and effective support.
- Administrative work within the Pre-Sales dept: You will perform administrative tasks related to the Pre-Sales process, including maintaining demo environments, managing sales materials, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Demo environment management: You will be responsible for setting up and managing demo environments for partners and sales reps.
- Sales material: You will act as one of the stakeholders regarding sales material and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the materials are effective and aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or a related field within sales
- Experience with RFP handling, partner onboarding, and partner sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in AARO or a close competitor software
- Experience in IFRS or other accounting standards (e.g., IPSAS) is a great plus!

Recruitment process

We take references from the final candidate and conduct a background check. The position has an initial six-month probationary period.
