Hi Theodor,

What's the best thing about AARO as an employer?
That's hard to pinpoint! But one of the best things with AARO as a workplace according to me, is a combination of my colleagues and the atmosphere. It’s also the fact that I’m allowed to work broadly within my area and be part of the decision making.

What's the most challenging aspect of your job?
Being allowed to work on a wide variety of tasks, one of the most challenging aspects of my job is context switching. Moving between several completely different tasks can be quite demanding, especially when my workload is heavy.

What's in your lunch box?
Ideally, it stays at home since I prefer grabbing lunch at a nearby restaurant with a colleague or two. However, when I do bring a lunch box, it might contain anything from traditional Swedish 'husmanskost' to Indian cuisine.
