How would you describe the work culture at AARO
At AARO you always feel welcome and included and the days are filled with engagement and co-operation. It’s a high focus on the balance between “work and life”, and AARO encourages an active lifestyle, which I appreciate a lot. But what I love the most, is that we have a lot of fun together!

How does a typical workday at AARO look like for you?
I come to the office, start my computer, grab a cup of coffee, say good morning to my colleagues and starting some good music.

A good day (and typical) for me is when I have a meeting with a customer, since this gives me energy.

Administration is also a part of my day – e-mail correspondence, project meetings, or planning for a customer event like workshops or informational breakfasts that offer valuable insights for our clients.

How do you prefer to spend your weekend?

The weekends I spend with family and friends, either on a dinner or other activities. To have a walk in the forest and along the beach with my family, with hot chocolate in a thermos is one of my favourite activities. I also enjoy a good workout and golf.
